Elevated liver enzymes and itchy skin

hello, hoping someone might have some insight.

both my husband and i have been itching for months, no rash. derm sent me for bloodwork which came back with extremeley elevated liver enzymes. my doc then ordered more tests and here are the results

ALP - 448

ALT - 185

GGT - 484

TSH - 4.23

Gamma Globulin - 21.2

Mitochondria Antibody - >or=1:320

family doctor seems to think its PBC (autoimmune disease) and is sending me to liver specialist. he doesnt seem to believe there is a link between my husbands and mines itching so only sent hom for basic bloods in which billiruben came back high so is now sending him for more. my mind went to a/b/c? he dod bloods for that but it hasnt come back yet. oh and i had a lover ultrasound which was bormal.

im not convinced its this PBC and think its highly unusual that my husband and i both started itching at the same time and both have raised liver enzymes in some sense.

hes also treated us for body lice and scabies just in case.

any idea what might be goung on?

have you been eating watercress? get checked for liver fluke with a blood test. been on the increase for over ten years in livestock because of drug resistance
