Elevated thyroid antibodies

I saw an endocrinologist in 2016 who said I have high thyroid antibodies, is this hypothyroid or hyperthyroid? Gp says I seem to have periods of hyperthyroid because my TSH has gone as low as 0.07 (0.2 - 4.2)

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 1461 (<34)

Thyroglobulin antibodies 578 (<115)

TSH 4.65 (0.2 - 4.2)

FT4 13.1 (12 - 22)

FT3 3.8 (3.1 - 6.8)

I take 100mcg Levo diagnosed 2013 with hypothyroid but symptoms just do not make sense. Pins and needles, cramps, heavy periods, tiredness, weight gain and feeling cold

Thankyou

You are definitely HYPOthyroid. My TSH can go as low as your low but I am far from hyperthyroid. Your TSH here is not optimal you can use an increase. If those are UK results your FT3 is too low. Maybe some T3 cytomel added or up the synthroid

. TSH is about the pituitary which can easily absorb the.meds.
