Eliquis and hair loss!! Help!

Hi

I'm 25 and recently broke my hip - I was given Eliquis to take but after 6 weeks I have severe hair thinning and my hair is now falling out more quickly and eyelashes aswell 

Does anyone know how long after stopping taking eliquis  the hair loss stops? I've suffered from insomnia, sickness, nausea and low blood pressure but the hair loss is too much.  Would be great if someone could give me some info if they have suffered from the same issue

    Hey! Ive been dealing with hair loss from medication too but another one. Im getting off it and ive been told that the hair that falls decided to fall 6 weeks before. So 6 weeks after you stop taking the medication the shedding should stop

    The symptoms that you have told above are all indications of hair loss because if you have insomnia, nausea, and lower blood pressure it means that your body is lacking in various vital nutrients. So, it's better to take care of it via proper exercise and healthy diet.

    Hi jenny,

    Just wondering if your hairloss recovered after you stopped the eliquis. I have had a hip replacement, got blood clots in the lungs and have been put eliquis for 3 months. Due to age and being post menopausal the hair was not as thick as a few years ago anyway and I think I am losing more on these tablets.
