Embarrassing admission😳

I have to admit I'm truly baffled so please bear with me. I have some strange goings on but don't know if the problem related to ongoing vaginal yeast infection or to some strange kind of IBS.
Basically I have been getting bizarre stools since a gastric infection of some sort in December - while living in a cottage with a private water supply. I'm guessing I hot Guardiasis but by the time I went to the doctor with a stool sample, many months had passed since the infection and nothing showed - apart from some rectal bleeding.
A colonoscopy showed nothing apart from a couple of bleeding haemorrhoids so I was discharged and told by GP to keep taking Laxido for chronic constipation.
However, the thing is that my poops aren't dark and I don't have abdominal problems currently - I just seem to not need to go. And when I do my stools are hard little pale pebbles with things that look like pine nuts in them? As nothing has shown up in the stool samples I've handed in nor the colonoscopy I don't really know what is going on.
I have had uncharacteristic bouts of vaginal thrush simultaneously - both constipation/ strand stools and thrush arrived this year out of the blue. The latest thing is that I have what looks like white grains of sand in my pants and I can't tell which part of my undercarriage it's coming from. Any ideas? I take Acidophilus Max everyday and have multi system autoimmune problems. None of this causes discomfort but it does just seem very odd and my other problems flare and remit.

Thanks - I replied to this below but re doctor I have appointments for rheumatology, oral medicine, endocrinology and neurology all next month so kind of avoiding doctors this month as don't want to seem like someone with health anxiety. I do have atrophy so perhaps the grains of white sand in pants are dry skin. As long as they aren't tiny eggs/ lavae I'm not going to go back to doctor. My stool sample was checked and found not to contain traces of parasites and I'm not itchy at all below so probably best not to worry.

No idea really re fillings. I have so far acquired diagnoses of Hypothyroidism, RA and now possible Sjogren's/ Lupus. I've just had a lip biopsy for Sjogren's. This can cause neuropathy and dysautomia - including gastroparesis so have wondered about this. I also read up about systemic candida but only seems to affect people who are very sick with HIV/AIDS or cancer. I do have an inflammatory process occurring but it isn't as heavy as these and the colonoscopy showed nothing suggesting IBD.

Other health conditions can trigger thrush too- such as some autoimmune things and medications. Have you been swabbed for BV as well as thrush? The two are often misdiagnosed.

Thanks - what is BV Leeniepie? I think I have a sort of secondary IBS as I have no real pain or discomfort there presently so this doesn't match IBS at all. But my form of Lupus/ Sjogrens/ RA seems to be triggering a lot of neurological symptoms that are very similar to MS - and I believe constipation is a symptom of MS so I think it might be similar?
I drink loads and eat very wholesome diet with natural roughage (ie plenty fresh green veg). But I do have the strangest looking stools these days and a weird type of constipation that doesn't seem to fit at all with my previous experiences. I am wondering about gastroparesis relating to my autonomic sensory neuropathy - so maybe in wrong place here. But as there was nothing wrong in my colonoscopy I think it's technically classed by doctors as IBS now.
White bits in pale hard stools for six months now?

Thanks - I don't think it's BV as I am post menopausal and BV tends to affect younger people I think.

Thanks - it doesn't actually affect me badly in terms of abdominal pain. And it's not constipation as I've had it before - just hard, pale stools with white spots in. Laxido does work well but if I stop taking it everyday then it starts again like a default setting.
I've wondered if I might have had Guardiasis from living in a cottage for six months with an untreated water supply. I did get very sick in December and perhaps this might have triggered a dairy intolerance - which I believe causes constipation rather than diarrhoea. It's so hard to completely cut out dairy though!
