embarrassing bathroom question

So I have had this issue that randomly occurs every so often.

I am not the most flexible person and suffer from back stiffness and lower back pain when it gets too much, however, when it comes time to pop a squat on the royal throne, I run into an issue where sometimes my lower abdominal muscles will cramp hard when I am wiping myself.

It like the action of reaching down there causes it. Yes I am over weight, but not morbidly so, I have a beer belly you could say, but it is not overly there. But this has happened too often and its always with the side I am wiping from. I have even switched sides and tried doing a squat stand up wipe thing, but it sometimes hits during that as well.

I have no idea why I am getting cramps there, as it doesnt seem to be a common problem of over weight people who need to wipe their ass.

When I get these cramps they last about 2 minutes, are strong enough to cause me to drop what I am doing and grab that area. The pressure against the muscle seems to help the pain be not so bad. I do sometimes wonder if I am going to herniate or something.

Does anyone have any idea?
