Emotions

Hi - new to this group today as searching for affirmation or support that how i am feeling is relatively normal!

2 days post surgery and still in quite a bit of pain. Pain meds being managed but I'm good at asking for help as i don't want to make a fuss.

The big thing for me today - 2 days after my op - is that I am very emotional and can't seem to control my tears! Is this 'normal'?

i hate asking for help all the time and this is making me feel a but useless. I try not to let anyone see I'm upset because I don't want people to think I'm weak or pathetic!

Sorry for the ramble but needed to unload. In short has anyone else felt like this?
