Has anyone used Emuaid to treat LS?

I use it and love it. For me, it really calms the itch. I do, however, tend to have problems with discomfort on clitoris and I do not find it soothing or helpful at all on there. When I have sore spots I tend to go for Vaseline rather than emuaid. But for itch, it's either steroid or emuaid.

I used Emuaid which really helped with soothing and calming the burning with my LS. I also used emu oil which was also soothing and moisturising in that area. Although I am in a sort of remission these past six months I still use both above alternating once each day which seems to be keeping things nicely down there.

This forum has given me lots of things to try as we are all different and I am so grateful for this as I have found what works for me. If I have a flare up I use steroid cream until settled which has not happened for some months thankfully. Try some of others suggestions until you find what works for you. It's so horrible to live with but others in this forum can give you advice and tips that you can try. Even although Zi have been free of symptoms I still check this forum and take notes of some tips in case I have a flare up and what works for me now changes. Good luck.

I am also interested to hear if anyone else uses Emuaid i have read good things about it but been to scared to try.  I tend to stick with my dermovate which does work but obviously this is a steroid so alternatives are always welcome.

Hi, I use it and also love using it. I have been using it for about 4 months. I have had the MLT and no symptoms of LS since, but I still use the coconut oil or Emuaid each time I go to the bathroom. Only warning I give you is the smell is quite strong but you only use a tiny amount!

I have used emuaid when I have itching and then scratch while sleeping and then have sore spots.  It helps to take pain away and heal those scratch spots faster.  I use the coconut oil the rest of the time.
