Only 1 Tylenol yesterday and one and a half at 3am...thinking omega 3s and Turmeric,l lysine, fit c and B12 sublingual has helped💡lots of organic blueberries and raspberry smoothies with some extra virgin coconut oil too! I rub the coconut oil on my break out area, helps healing it seems. Quality coenzymated b vitamins help the nerves...So grateful for some relief👍Hoping and praying each of you are recovering, stay patient and don’t give in to this disease...you will return to health soon??Just rest and pamper yourself while you heal?

    Hi -

I'm glad to hear you are starting to feel better - unfortunately I cant say the same - the pain in my side and groin area is still really bad and my waist and stomach are very sore and tender eith an awful creaping burining/itching pain that keeps me awake all night - I do hope I have some relief soon because this is really bad.

    Babs x

I had the shingles pretty bad. Thank God I am finished with it but, I have had nerve pain and like stinging. I guess anyone can have it after you get over the shingles and itchiness. But thank God it is so much better. Don't give up. You will heal soon.
