Endo is back

Hi,

I had endo 6 years ago and a lap to clean it out and remove my left ovary. I’ve been fine since and now all of a sudden I’m having pain again, stabbing, cramping pains. My dr did an ultrasound which didn’t show anything. She said based on my history of endo and the  pain during the pelvic exam that it is probably back. She gave me progesterone to help dissolve the endo. She said it could take 2-3 months before I notice the pain improving. I could get surgery, that is my second

option. I feel like it’s inevitable but I’m trying to put it off. Has anyone had success with progesterone?
