Endo is back after 1 year :(

I have been an active member here when I was first diagnosed with endometriosis mid of last year and since then I have been on 2 kinds of birth control pills. I had bilateral cysts last year and went through the c-section surgery. Today i went for a follow up check after the last check 5 months ago when my ovaries were still clear but today the doctor saw a 5cm cyst growing on one side of my ovaries. I was distraught and tried to hold back my tears. I just couldnt understand how it grew back so quickly to this size in a matter of months even while i was on the pill. this is turning out to be a hard lesson to not rely too much on the pill alone but to be extremely careful with my diet although i have ensured to stop dairy milk and stick to more fresh food but alas it has failed.
