endometrioma in sigmoid colon

I would like to discuss with someone who has the same and how they overcome this nasty issue.

My issue caused by severe endomitosis that just diagnosed recently after many months of pelvic , back  , consitpation and period pain before or after period.

    Hi I've recently been diagnosed with severs endo too.i have recto vaginal endo which means nodules behind uterus etc,an endometrioma in right ovary and nodule is attached slightly to sigmoid colon.mine was all diagnosed by mri how about yours? I am Michelle 49 xxx

      I have had 2 ultra sounds ; 1st one found two cyst on each ovaries, one on kidney, 2nd ultra sound couple of months one cyst on the ovary had grown fast , 1 MRI followed found cyst stuck to my sigmoid which e plains my painful to difficulty emptying my bowl. The colonoscopy followed found sigmoid has endometriOmaha from the attached cyst. Fortunately rest of bowl is normal no other abnormalities found. Bowl surgeon will remove the sigmoid part and I will have enough a bag temporarily until the rectalso part is healed than he will reconnect my bowl. I am having difficulty acceating this major surgery in August.

      My appmnt with gynaecologist last week he said that I will have hysterectomy, and I asked about my ovaries he said he will try and save one due to my Bp but one will go.

      A lady in the other discussion shared her cysts decrease from eating organic food and more green veges and fruits and most importantly taking b complex and milk thistle. I have started taking them two days ago and felt the difference.

      If you dont mind sharing.How about you? Have you had colonoscopy. What type of cysts the test show? What did your specialist said?

      At the same time I am praying for a miracle and direction from God.

      No haven't had colonoscopy its adhered to a small part of sigmoid hoping they can shave it off .i have a endometrioma on right ovary 2.5 cm,both ovaries are stuck to posterior uterine nodule.have a hysteroscopy wed to check inside womb as mri picked up something and i had a cystsicopy last week which showed inside bladder and ureters clear but a nodule indenting bladder.why do you need a bag can they not cut the endometrioma out and then attach again ? Take care xx

    My heart bleeds when I read such posts..endometriosis is a scary condition and we all feel helpless to see it adhering to other body organs.. I too pray to God to send a miracle herb for us and cure us permanently without any further surgeries..

    I too have tried taking many herbs, did acupuncture but nothing really helped me.. The only thing that really helped me was something called us wet cupping but unfortunately its too expensive here plus very far from my place... I actually took a flight once to get my cupping done..

    I would say try it once before ur sugery..it may shrink the size of endometrioma..
