I Emily, So sorry to hear that! For Heavy periods - I tried yarrow root and raspberry leaf tea and it worked very well. It does take couple of months too (As with anything natural or any natural medicine but sure works!) Good Luck!!

    Hi Emily

You are having a rough time and that pain must be awful. How old are you, and are you getting any treatment?

Hi Emily, I haven't been this forum for a while because my endo pain was fading off. I started feeling relieved few months ago. Taking systemic enzymes has been a life saver. Trust me I had three surgeries in the past and my endometriosis was so bad. Last year I had rectum resection due to endo lesions. Keep long story short, take Serrapeptase, nattokinase, wobenzym all together on empty stomach twice a day. I used to take pain medicine at least 15 days of months to make me function, now only two days of period. The pain was reduced from 8-9 out of 10 to current 3-4 out of 10 for reduced period. I almost can live with it without pain medicine. Don't hesitate to try, I'm not trying to sell any enzymes here LOL not sales person.

One more word, you may do some research about systemic enzymes endometriosis online to get understanding how they work for your body. Everybody is different. Things work for me do not guarantee working the same way for others. But it really saved me from the pain.
