Endometriosis

I stopped taking the combination contraceptive pill 6 months ago. Since then every month after ovulation I have had lower abdominal pain and lower back pain. It feels very achy. But the pain usually subsides when my period arrives. Symptoms have changed throughout the months. Before the pain was more intense and sometimes accompanied constipation or diarrhea. Now my bowel movements aren't affected but I am still gassy when I get this pain. The pain now feels more like I've been doing sit-ups. It feels sore. I don't have anymore symptoms. Ive been to the GP and they have done a few blood and stool tests and everything came out fine so they have just regarded it as IBS. But i don't think it is. As no specific food triggers it and most of the time my bowel movement isn't affected by it. I don't know if i should regard this as a weird pyms symptom my body has developed or if i should go back to my GP and get it checked out
