Endometriosis after menopause

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis several years ago and noting was done as I was starting me menopause. This was about 6 years ago.
I have recently been getting lower back pain, water infections and pain on lower right side near groin. is it possible to still suffer with Endometriosis after the menopause.

I still get chronic pain, especially in the lower right hand quadrant of my pelvis and this moves across the whole pelvis and feels like everything is going to "fall out" or if I were to push I would give birth.
Together with this I suffer really bad mood changes ranging from depression, Irritability and tearfulness.
Doctors have told me over the years that I must be imaging it as I have had the hysterectomy.
I had the hysterectomy due to endemetriosis and chronic painful, heavy periods.
I am convinced that there is still some endo in situ but can get no medical help whatsoever.
Can anyone else relate to this. Life is hell at times.
