Endometriosis disappears

Hi all, id like to share that it is possible for endometriosis cysts to actually disappear. I was shocked today to learn that my 5cm cyst that was diagnosed 6 months ago was no longer visitble on the scan. I had a laparatomy 2 years ago and I thought I would need another surgery after finding out last october that the cyst has returned. My doctor was wise enough to actually send me home and asked me to monitor because I was also not in any pain although the thought of the cyst growing was on my mind. But i continued to be careful with my diet.. eliminated sugar and replaced it with honey, eliminated rice, eliminated milk to be replaced with lactose free milk and other adjustments. I am do of course indulge myself in some sweet things but not very often and i avoid being stressed through practicing yoga and lead a balanced life. I believe doing these things actually helped me to improve my health but I did not expect it to also have an influence on the cyst.. the least i imagined that it will stay at the same size. I am sharing this experience as tip especially for those not with any pain but still have endometriosis to always try to wait it out (with consultation with your doctor) and stay strict with taking the pill on time and watching what you eat and lifestyle in general. I never knew that it was possible for the endo to disappear and it was only through my own experience that i now know it is possible.
