Endometriosis pain really bad just want it all took away please help xx

Hi I hope someone can help I was diagnosed with endometriosis two months ago and last year told I had small fybroids  although these have not grown after having another scan this year  I've been suffering for I would say 3 years now but pains got worse so docs referred me ,he did an internal and twice hit a spot that made me just about jump of the bed in pain ,straight after he diagnosed endo,I did think I had it due to symptoms pain in left ovary going round my leg just before period and then pain after period for about two weeks so basicaly have about a week were I feel ok  ,I told the gynocologist all this and he advised having an injection for. 3 months called decapeptyl had my first one a few weeks ago and suffered the usual side affects which he warned me about ,hot  flushes ,dizziness ,but I then started to get pains real low down similar to after pains after giving birth that eventually wore of although still getting hot flushes and dizziness ,I am now a week away from my period and next injection and I'm getting the pain in my ovaries already I'm really tired and run down and just really had enough so dreading the next injection and wondered does anyone know if maybe after second injection pain and symptoms might be better ,I'm due to go see gynocologist end of November after my 3rd and final injection to discuss whta to do next he did mention having the coil fitted but I had that a few years ago and had to have it took out as was painful ,I'm at the stage now were I would do anything to have it all took away as it's affecting my life so much I am 46 and have an 8 year old girl and 17 year old son , and just can't do things like I used to ,I have been told that I will need to try different things before they would even consider a hysterectomy ,does  anyone have any advise I would really appreciate it ,thanks for reading xxx

    I have gone through the pain of Endo since I'm 12 yrs old maybe even earlier, my mom used to take me to the Dr. at a young age cause of pain! Now after 3 Hysterectomies later I feel better, BUT have other issue caused by Dr. I'm getting therapy later maybe another surgery. I had fibroids on uterus, cyst 1"only on ovaries, but it HURT! & Endo, 2 1/2 wks I was getting bad with pain,bloating,weakness, forgeting,heavy bleeding-birth control helped with that when I was a "teen" adult-NO. Im on HRT treatment I"m 43 surgaries started, 38 yrs old, gull bladder gone too! I praise God evry day for keeping me sain & still have joy, boy do I get my momments of hot flashes,mood swings my son14, is a blessing!! I feel bad for him sometimes!. I know things will work out for the GOOD. I'm getting Prgesteron wich I don't like cause of hot flashes need go back to HRT! proge:gave me grossly negative thought proscess, be carefull Doc's also, try to be cardful(some of them) its to prevent Endo from coming back. I heard Estrogen prmotes Endo? ask yr Dr. I know a few girls ther hyst, turned out grait! I hope this helps God bless you with strength, wisdom on your future choices.rolleyes

      Hi thee thanks for replying you sound like you have been through hell bless you ,they never offered me hrt not sure if it's because it's only for 3 months ,can I ask what treatment they gave you before hysterectomy x

      I didn't recieve any treatment before my hysterectomy, you can ask what can help you.
