Endoscope

Posted , 1 user is following.

I went for an Endoscope last week. ( these are the results )

quote: the gastric mucosa appeared generally erythematus and Bulky.

in the middle body of the stomach there were multiple large inflammatory looking pedunculated polyps crowded together, largest easily 21mm, I was unable to see the underlying mucosa in this area.

The latgest polyp was difficult to accuratley identify ( many were large and of similar size ), I have not taken indivdual biopsies because of this but taken multiple of the crowd ro r/o dysplasia.

Random gastric biopsies also taken.

What I would like to know is "the polyips being so large will they remove them ?.
