Endoscopy pic questions- please help!

Hello, I'm new to the site i'm hoping someone out there might be able to determine what im seeing in my family member's endoscopy picture. The doctor told us he did see some abnormalities including esophagitis, a stomach ulcer, hiatal hernia and inflammation in the duodenum. He didn't specify any masses or polyps but this image looks like a mass to me. I'm not sure if this image is from the esophagus, stomach or duodenum. ANY FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED. We are waiting for the biopsy results.
