Enlarged tonsil, tonsil/throat cancer

Hi, i've noticed whilst looking at what i believe is my wisdom tooth coming through that one of my tonsils is massively enlarged. Couldn't get a great picture but one is attached, there's also a circle on the tonsil that is sort of white/greyish.
I'm a 27yo male, on and off smoker (i know - although this scare is almost going to be the final push for me to quit for good). very worried about cancer, no other symptoms other than the painless enlarged tonsil. Going to contact my gp about it but was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue/experience?

Don’t get confused with bone metastasis and bone cancer as both are different. Bone metastases are formed from abnormal cancer cells that spread from the primary tumour site.
For example, someone can experience breast cancer, and it can spread to the bones. In that case, bone metastasis would be termed metastatic breast cancer.
**What are the symptoms of bone metastasis?
**
Bone pain
Broken bones
Urinary incontinence
Bowel incontinence
Weakness in the legs or arms
High levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause nausea, vomiting, constipation and confusion
