I thought I had got the hang of this fat content business. So, last night when I had grilled veggi burgers sausages and FULL FAT creme fraiche I expected to be punished soundly.

Instead, I had no reaction at all - I estimate I must have had 50 - 75g of fat but nothing!

    So now I am confused.

    Hi Lelly,

Be careful it might hit you today - I went to bingo last night and had a tuna & cue sandwich and a portion of chips but still nothing to tell!!

Trying to be good today but seem to have the munchies - well would have if I had anything nearby that I could munch on if you know what I mean!!

Well, half the day gone and still no reaction.

Lunch was good. baked beans and a fat free yoghurt. Yum!

OK, would have preferred a chip buttie but we can't have everything!

Well - 10 days or so - and very little side effects - except sever constipation

I dont think I eas eating anything like 30g of fat a day, but surely I dont need to eat MORE fats to lose weight - when the orlistat gets rid of the fats?
