For some time have been feeling like something is stuck on my throat n constantly want to clear my throat, at tInes I can feel the pain on my throat, n sometimes whn I spit I notice blood in the salaiver wat would be the cause

It could be many things I think you should go and be checked out with your GP to see if you have any infection present.
