Ent doctor or a neuro-otologist

hi I'm going to go private and get a second opinion obvious once the covid infections are down. I've got 2 doctors in mind one is doctor sunethrian i might of pronounced that incorrect and the other the Square clinic i think it is.

has anyone heard of these? and is it a neuro-otologist i need to see? or can any1 recommend someone who's in or near London

and i need to see audiologist. ive had hearing test before and i had some loss of hearing in the high frequency but he said normal for age. im 43. how long does it take to loose hearing I'm wondering if i should wait a year or so cause i think hearing loss is gradual
