ENT Referral

I went to get a CT done for my brain fog. I was sure something was wrong up there. I have a hard time with speech and word confusion. Mid sentence I would need to stop because I can't think of the right word. Results came back showing Minimal White Matter and "Complete Opacification of left maxillary sinus, including a region 1.5x2.2 cm of lobulated T2 hypointensity, possible inpissated secretions vs. soft tissue" . Should I be worried? He referred me to a ENT for a maxillofacial ct.

Would this explain my brain fog?

Should I feel sick?
