Eosinophil Count 0 / Prednisone / No Adrenal-gland function / Blexten?

I have been taking 20mg of Prednisone for many years to control nasal polyps. As a result, my adrenal--gland is no longer functional; Confirmed by my Hematologist.

At a recent visit with my Pulmonologist, he stated that I am a "poster-child" for the drug Blexten. Blexten is to lower/replace my intake of Prednisone.

In the past, I have attempted to wean myself from 20mg to 10mg of Prednisone. The result was a lethargic me.

My question is what are/were your experiences using Belexten for the purpose of lowering the intake of Prednisone?
