Epididmytis

For the last few month I've had a dull pain periodically around my left testicle and left side of my pubic area. I haven't had sex in 5 years. Have completed 2 separate courses of antibiotics. Had ultrasound which was clear, blood tests also clear and urine sample was clear as well.

Saw urologist yesterday and after examination he confirmed I have Epididmmytis. My GP prescribed Amitriptyline 25mg which I take twice daily. I also take Solphadene as when necessary.

I would like to know are there any other things I can do to help to cure this condition?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
