hi,
about 6 weeks ago i had Epididymo orchitis, i was prescribed Ciprofloxacin, the pain has gone but my testicles are still swollen.. how long does it take to go down?

If vasectomy caused epididymitis then it doesn't go away. Constant pain and swelling.
if infection it can take some time

they didnt realy know.. they put it down ot an infection but sugested that it could be the result of a vasectomy i had about 3 years ago....
