Epidydmis - Semen Infection - Prostatitis(probably)

I started having pain in my right testicle. I went to doc with the issue. He recommended to have an ultrasound. USG revealed right sided epidydmo-orchitis. I was given an antibiotic for 7 days. This was first time i had an infection(other than cold) of any kind in my life. I took the antibiotic for 7 days, the pain went away. Never would have imagined at that time that this has come for a long term. I started slowly developing new symptoms in next 3 months. I started urinating more frequently than i used to. I started having a bit of lower back pain. My morning erection went away. I started having weird/weak erection where only my shaft would get hard and head won't. My semen became watery from usual milky white. I thought that all this has happened as an aftermath of my testicle infection and it will get resolved automatically, but it continued. I continued having above mentioned symptoms for an year. Then, i got right testicle

infection again( Oct,2017). I was again given antibiotics for a week. Testicle pain went away. But, one thing happened that striked my mind. My watery semen was back to milky white after the course. It was great improvement over where i was having only water in semen. This lead to me having a hypothesis that an infection was present in my body for an year, that lead to semen color issue. But, this time also, testicle pain went away, but, other symptoms were still persistent. I was nearing to final year of college and couldn't afford to spend time to get this treated soon. Time passed, i went to doctor in Jan, 2018 again, told him my issue. He did urine analysis, culture, testesterone and urineflow test on me. Everything was normal, urine flow was slightly on lower side. He considered erection to be my major issue and gave tadlafil. But, that didn't work. He said you are fine. I had to move on. As other issues (urinary frequency, lower back pain and weird erection) were still going on for 4 years now(2020). I thought, i should go to a Urologist again.

I also got tested for urethral stricture, all hormones, blood count, KFT, LFT came perfect. Normal urine analysis and urine culture. Penile doppler also came perfect. But, i was having this symptoms still. Now, i was very much frustrated with my problem which didn't seem to leave me for so long. That's when coronavirus entered the picture, it was hard for me to go out side to get treated. I started searching about my lingering issue on internet. Closest problem that could generate all these symptoms for this long was chronic bacterial prostatis. I wanted to test my hypothesis that it is indeed that. I knew Cipro/Levo is the best medicine to treat this problem if it is indeed this problem. But, i decided to take more safer way to confirm that reason is indeed microbial. I searched for most potent natural anti-microbial. Garlic came on top. I tried 3-4 garlic cloves for 3-4 days. My 50% symptoms were gone. As i confirmed that reason is microbe indeed, time was to take the best anti-biotics for this. I tried levo. Levo worked like wonder, what garlic did in 3-4 days, levo did that in 1 hour of taking. I started having normal erection, lower back pain, urinary frequency gone in a week. It was a eureka moment for me. But, i didn't know this will not last long. After 15 days of taking, my symptom were starting to worsen again. I continued taking the medication for 2 months. After stopping antibiotics, my symptoms again started resolving, my 80% symptom were gone for 1 month post levo. But, it came back again after that slowly and slowly to previous level. I decided to do take medication again on a doctor consulation after covid will be over. Covid never got over, the year is 2021 , i thought of trying levo again for longer period, this time also, i had relief in first 15 days of taking antibiotics, but problem persisted after that. This time levo didn't work that well. Assuming antiboitic resistance, i tried cipro, bactrim. But, no relief from them. I also tried fluconasole assuming fungal infection. It didn't give good response. I had semen cultures 2 time, one time klebsiella pneumonia and another time E coli was cultured with few white blood cells.Klebsiella was susceptible to most antibiotics, but ecoli only to minocycline, aminoglycosides and carbapenems. Of these, i chose minocycline due to higher prostate concentration. I am right now still on minocycline since 2 days. Not great response, i think(comparing to levo first time). I will contunue on it.

So, in all these time(2020-2021), i kept eating garlic arbitrarily and it did a good job of reducing my urinary frequency and low back pain issue. But, it also improved my erection, but to a lower degree. Also, eating more cloves helps reduce symptom better. I am using garlic as a backup plan to control my symptoms. Garlic working always hints me that cause of my infection is anti-microbial, it might be fully resistant bacteria or virus or fungus or parasite. I am thankful to nature for this wonderful garlic gift. But, i know garlic won't solve my problem in entirety, it will only control. So, as of now, i am still researching what problem i have and which medicine to take. I believe it's a microbial infection of prostate, as my semen color had been white-green mix for long. But, i am now considering chances of it being virus, fungus or parasite. No other antibiotics than levo working point to that direction, as i have read levo is more than just an antibiotic. If some one has faced a similar issue. Give me ideas on how you solved this problem. This problem is very frustrating and i want to get rid of it as soon as possible. It affects my work productivity and i am always depressed due to this. I spent all weekends since last 2 years searching solution for this. You can understand the level of frustration.
