Epigastric pain

Hello,

For several years I have had stomach pains in the epigastric area. They appear on average 1-2 times a month and are characterized by severe pain of high intensity, sudden, always around 5-6 in the morning. The pain passes on average after 20 minutes through a pill [controloc]. I recently discovered that I have Helicobacter, do you think that the symptoms reveal a cancer or what can it be?Considering that i have for many years this pain.I have 20 yrs old, no smooking, no alcoohol
