Urine test - everything is normal but epithelial cells are 'many' and having fatty liver. So these epithelial cells can be due to fatty liver???? Creatinine and urea is normal.

These cells are indicative of your bladder wall shedding. Commonly found with Interstitial Cystitis which is not an infection but a chronic illness with no known cause and no decent treatment . As long as you aren't feeling pain and urgency it should be okay. Try to stick to an alkaline diet with low oxalates.
