Epstein Barr twice in 11 years

Posted , 5 users are following.

just thought i would share my story :

i was run over 11 years ago by a car 10 months later i had bad panic attacks and a mental weirdness . i was diagnosed with PTSD after many visits to drs i went to a natural dr and she said 'you have epstein barr virus' . then i didnt know what it was so just ignored it and kept with the ptsd diagnosis.

i spent months unable to leave the house but i didnt have the fatigue that i have now .

so 11 years later its reactivated ...

so yes EBV can reactivate boost your immune system the best you can . eat healthy !!

and for all the women on this forum i was 41 when it first happened 51 when it came back .

EBV can reactivate when your hormones drop so im thinking this is what happened to me .

i am NOT going through this a third time ! i will do anything possible to stop it !

    Hey Lori,

You've been through such a tough time, just reading your message really hits home how things must have been so tough for you at various stages with what you've had to deal with over a number of years.

I'm still rooting for you Lori and still believing in my heart that God is going to heal you and pull you through this. Still keeping you in my prayers right now. It's such an awful virus and for me too it was life-changing in how it affected me and was just so grateful when things became more bearable and God helped me to recover.

You ARE going to recover Lori, I know this has been a terrible last month or so for you and just wanted you to know still thinking about you and trusting God as the great physician. I hope so much for a more settled week for you, and thanks for all your kind words and prayers for me too recently it really shows what a kind and caring person you are that you've supported me and others even though you've been going through such a hard time yourself - you should be proud of yourself for that Lori!

Thanks Stacie for such kind supportive words - means a lot as had quite a tough day yesterday myself after appointment with consultant about back pain.

I really do hope and pray things settle for you Stacie, just hang in there I'm still believing in God's love and healing power and that He will bring it in your life and circumstances. Thinking about you Stacie and thanks so much.
