Epstein Barr Virus and bean like bumps in throat.

I've been to the doctors multiple times already and all that they've told me is that i have EBV in high amounts. Ive had a sore throat that is still red for 6 months now and something bothering my throat like a lump. i also noticed 2 small bean like bumps under my adams apple near the trachea im guessing. i can definitely feel it when im rubbing my fingers from the cartilage to the bumps. Any idea on what this could be? Does anyone know how i can get better coverage if i have free insurance here in California? I might not be able to afford insurance since i havent been working but am willing to use some type of credit and pay it off eventually, sorry i just dont know how any of this health insurance works.

I actually been having this problem for a while where whenever i eat food, it starts coming back up to the throat like throw up every couple of minutes. Doctors have told me its acid reflux but the medications that they've given me for it have not really worked. I did try searching it up and found that my condition was more similar to rumination syndrom? it almost feels like i need to let the food come back up, im so used to it.

Do you have reason to believe it is not Epstein-Barr?

well honestly i dont really know what else to think. Im not even sure how i wouldve got it, one day i was fine, the next i tried to sleep but had a weird like anxiety attack almost 5 months ago, and ever since ive just felt different. Started having headaches, feeling dizzy lightheaded and paranoia 2 weeks later. Im not sure why but i even got psychedelic like visuals 3 times throughout these months. I would shake like crazy as if i was scared even though i didnt really feel like i was when going to the doctor, something that never happened to me before. Stomach pain later on, a weird sleep paralysis which i never had, and just a feeling of scared altogether. A stuffy nose with lots of mucus up until now and something bothering the back of my throat almost as if some bump was there. I also get these weird occasional stings on the left side of my chest that sometimes is caused by certain movements or when swallowing. Now it has developed to a weird dry feeling on my tongue and i can kind of see some white streaks on the back of my throat with the redness. I get occasional weird pain on my thighs and arms and back almost as if it were my bones but im not sure as well as random pain on my neck, jaw and headaches. Ive also been having problems with my digestive system i would say. One thing i noticed through out this time, and it might sound kind of weird, but i cant do diarrhea no more. Doctor gave me laxatives and even when i drink milk now, i still get an upset stomach but my stools still come out kind of solid.

yeah after a long time of waiting for approval from my insurance i should be getting a endoscopy with a gastroenterologist in another 2 months from now, its all taking a really long time which kind of just freaks me out a little more because im starting to fear a worse type of disease or even cancer like i heard of the esophagus.

and ive been two 2 hospitals, and 2 different doctors but i feel like they arent checking me properly other than just blood work. I feel like they dont take me as serious because im only 22 and my chances of developing something worse are low because of stats.

I know its frustrating when you feel like the doctor is not really understanding you. the whitd throat id a good sign indication EBV. EBV is a type if herpes and since i have genital herpes, I can tell you hiw crappy it can make you feel in other parts of your body. Thats because it stays dormant "lives" in your nerves. i get pain in different regions of my body and get very tired because of a herpes virus. so i would just try to get as much rest as you can possibly get and take care of yourself ad best as you can before it's time for your next test/appt. the bumps can be swollen nodes.
