Epstein Barr Virus-Antibody test

I am so confused. I have been fatigued for 2 years. My doc finally drew EBV antibody.

The EBV Early antigen Ab, IgG is negative.

The EB Anti R&D is negative

BUT, the EB Anti-diffuse was 1:20 (positive)

what does this mean? She said it means I was exposed and my body is still fighting it and this is why I am fatigued. why were the others negative? do I need more testing(for the other antibodies)? I don't find any info online about the anti-diffuse. 

Im confused.
