Epstein Barr virus test result

Hello, iv never posted on something like this but iv got pretty desperate for answers so anyone with first hand experience of any similar would be very welcomed.

I'm a Mum of a 1 yr old and have been unwell for 3 months. Severe fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, sores in mouth, sore throat, recurrent coldsores. Iv had an ear infection and tonsilitis within this time. I have had a lymph node ultrasound where it was confirmed there were enlarged nodes but consultant felt not big enough to biopsy. (told to come back in 3 months but doesnt 'think' it's lymphoma currently...wonderful). All blood test results came back negative bar an 'equivocal' result for Epstein Barr. Has this happened to anyone and what was the result? I have to wait another 3 weeks for any answers and iv had nothing in preceding 3 months and feeling quite poorly. Im missing out on my daughter's life as iv not been well enough to look after her. The wait for tests and appts is obsurd atm and i'm feeling so anxious and at the limit of what I can cope with.

I am very nervous posting on any kind of forum but i'm giving it go and there's nothing to lose at this point. My daughter is called Grace and she's absolutely wonderful and needs a better Mum

i just posted about my MRI so totally unrelated but I saw your post and couldnt not respond.

firstly be gentle with yourself, your little girl will be happy with love and care 😃 i had epstein barr when my two were little and the story is so long so i will try to keep it short!

And they suspected lymphoma also. I was sick for years and tried various different things as it sort of grew into an ‘autoimmune disease.’ I went to various alternative doctors but the guy who made me better was Dr Rajendra Sharma, an immune specialist. He’s not cheap but you can get online consultations and if it’s available to you I would highly recommend. He literally cured all my physical symptoms with a range of natural medication. He still does blood tests and normal western tests too.

if its not epstein barr and you get another diagnosis, just check out his website and it might give some hope to you.

Wishing you all the best of luck xx
