Hi, Had surgery 3 months ago with nerve sparing on one side, started taking 100mg ciallis after 6 weeks but no improvement , i am 50 years old with no previous ED, not sure about pumps or injections! I wonder has anybody regained normal erections longer than 3 months after surgery or would welcome suggestions as to other medications or products

1. You are more likely to recover erectile function if you had good function before surgery.
2. It may take up to two years to notice a significant improvement.
3. There are many other intervention strategies should things seem a bit slower.
4. Keep in touch with your doctor. They can provide access to specialist services should you feel you need them.

I can only conform what others have told you. I had my prostate removed by radical prostatectomy (laparoscopic, nerve sparing on both sides) in January 2015 and am taking Sildenafil to "keep the blood flowing" during rehabilitation. My surgeon has told me it may take up to 2 years to regain full erection so early days yet. Fortunately I have started to feel some "movement" now and again so fingers crossed.....Good luck, be patient, no need to panic yet!

I had nerve sparing surgery 11 months ago. I was 48 years old when I had the surgery.
I have been taking Ciallis 5mg Daily for the last 8 months. To date, I have had no improvement.
I have just been given 100mg of Sildenfill to take when needed.
To date, no improvement.
I'm hoping, as I am 'young' things will start improving soon.
