Hi i am taking Tadalafil now for about 4 years, but it is not working properly any more, i get an erection but i can not keep it even so i am turned on.I have also felling very cold down there and been experiencing a very tight scrotum.

May question is, does anybody know of a stimulating "cream" i can use to get increased blood flow, to draw the blood down there?

Thanks

Were you given the Tadalafil by a urologist? I would maybe go back to see them if you were: you may have a blood flow issue - if you are an active or even sedentary person this can have an impact on the nervous system that can indirectly impact on the genitals ...

I agree with Kim - but get checked out too - there could be an issue causing this .....

yr i just looked up the medication hes currently taking as im not familiar with it ideally he should see whoever prescribed the tablets as if they are not working no longer then they may provide an alternative to try there are creams and tablets available to buy offline again i dont really like to promote them as creams and such are not properly trialed and tested alot of them claim to be things they are not so be careful if its a cream that u are looking for as alot of these creams out there dont do wat they claim to viagra connect would be the best option if u were to use anything
