Erectile Dysfunction Problems

Hello all.

It has been a while that I have had something to say. There has not been to much on about prostate problem or surgery's.

Been doing some research on Erectile Dysfunction ( ED ) Some either have it before or after a procedure. There are things we can do that may help us. And when ED hit we need all the help we can get.

ED is caused by many things. Your health plays a part in it and also a procedure that is for BPH or Cancer ED can affects 40 % of men starting at age 40 and goes up from there.

The first thing I am going to tell you about is the """ The Penis Diet """ There are many things you can eat that will help you with this problem. According to the male aging study and because your brain, heart and penis are intimately connected. These foods are good for your overall health.

Sardines: One 3 oz serving contains 28 percent of your daily intake of vitamin D. The D vitamin, is critical nutrient for healthy T levels. Which is important to the organ.

Beans: One of the best ways to boost testosterone and reproduction health is to be lean. Beans are a high fiber carb. Help control blood sugar levels and keep you fuller longer.

Avocados:High in fiber and healthy fats. It will also lower your LDL cholesterol and promote blood vessel functions Including the pluming for your erections.

Oysters:Just 2 of these will satisfy your daily intake of Zink

Spinach:This leafy greens of vitamins and minerals including magnesium, a key nutrient for healthy testosterone as we age.

Grain Bread: Men who eat a diet rich in inflammation fighting whole grains. Are less likely to suffer from ED

Salmon: This fish contains vitamin D selenium and magnesium all of which are necessary to support testosterone level for healthy sperm

Bok Choy: Veggies like bok choy, cabbage and broccoli contain glucobrassicin. This is a compound that helps your body clear excess estrogen. That can boost your sex drive.

You also know there are many other things like pills, pump or inplants or injection. I read about this other things. There is a treatment that you inject botox into the penis. Botox otherwise known as botulinum toxin type A. The toxin paralyzes the smooth muscle inside the penis which surprisingly ends up stimulating blood flow. This will last for a few month's.

Well I think this is enough for now. I wish you all good luck with your problems and I hope you find what you are looking for. Remember there is always hope........God Bless....Ken

Snake oil. Get yourself a younger partner, Ken, and plenty of cialis.

Diet has almost nothing to do with ED. ED is blood supply through penile arteries, health of the cavernous bodies inside your penis, nerve bundles around penis and prostate, as well as good libido.

The rest is hearsay and usually effective to the barely noticeable degree.

Cialis + silicon penis ring solves most of the problem with the stimulating partner. Last resort at old age is implanted pump or semi-rigid implant. Painful 6 months, could be infected but 94% effective. Medicare covers 100% of the surgery and maintenance.

Many healthy people older than 75 use it. Between age 70 and 75 penile injection work the best. We discussed this on this forum in details. Any dietary supplements is waist of money and and eventually a source of frustration and disappointment.

Anybody he honestly can claim that he found an effective aphrodisiac write me a personal memo and I will pay you and help advertise it.

      Good morning Gene

Yes them things do help but ( I had a 38 year old friend ) Had a scare of being a father at 60. So not going to do that again. I have a daughter 37. She was not a happy camper. Of course my sons through it was great. I still enjoy a women but at this time not to young.

All that you are saying will help but you also have to keep your body healthy. I have had many problem between heart problem and my diabetes so eating right will keep the body in good shape and anything you try will only make it better.

I have a friend that is 75. Him and his wife still do date nights on Saturday and have sex once a week. I think that is great for them. Enjoy it while you can.

I do not see eating right is wrong. You have to eat so why not have some good things for your body.

      Take care......Ken

Ken is right in the means that eating a diet that maintains good heart and blood circulation can be beneficial in helping ED. But I would believe that is moreso for someone who's obese or has heart/circulation troubles. Gene is right in the means that after surgery or other issue apart for poor heart health or blood circulation, diet may not be the remedy for those issues. I've currently be looking into shockwave therapy. Anyone had looked or tried treatment in that avenue?

      Cure,

shockwave therapy is use for destroying stones in kidneys or bladder and is called lithotripsy. Attempts to use for healing different etiology tendenitis have very weak support in controlled studies. Using is for ED is like using a hammer on your flaccid penis and expect erection.

Gents, stop kidding yourself and distribute false rumors. Keep your health at best at any age. ED is an inevitable satellite of old age. Percent of men without ED is roughly 100 minus your age. Of course, there are outliers., but if you are 85 and have a heart disease in the past at age 60, you chances of having ED is 90%. ED is a plumbing problem and can't be solved by food or supplements. Once you arteries are clogged, narrowed, and rigid is too late. YOu need some different help. Cialis, Viagra, implants solve these problems very effectively at almost any age. Anything else is just wishful thinking and false expectations.

Don't make this forum the place where snake oil from different snakes is advertised.

Libido is a very different thing, though. It's independent from ED. Aphrodisiak additives and foods (if exist beyond the legend) can help to some extent, even more the right partner will help. Eating organ meat can only clog your arteries even more, and worsened your ED in the long run or at older age.

For me, organ meats, especially beef, seem to help significantly.

If you have any stores selling British products get some Bovril.

The adverts used to show a massive Bull in a field with their slogan "Bovril puts beef into you"

Bovril is the trademarked name of a thick and salty meat extract paste similar to a yeast extract, developed in the 1870s by John Lawson Johnston. It is sold in a distinctive, bulbous jar, and also as cubes and granules. Bovril is owned and distributed by Unilever UK.

Bovril can be made into a drink by diluting with hot water or, less commonly, with milk. It can be used as a flavouring for soups, broth, stews or porridge, or as a spread, especially on toast in a similar fashion to Marmite and Vegemite.
