Due to erectile disorder i have purchased a penis pump which gives me brilliant results when using it , I would like to be able to keep the erection when i take the pump away , A ck ring has been recommended but as soon as i let the air out from the pump i loose the erection , so my question is,

How when using these pumps do you place the ck ring on without loosing the erection ?

Thankyou

Mike, I have used ck rings since about 35 yoa - and yes I do use vacuum device from time time - the warnings that necessarily go with any device like this is that they can cause severe damage to the penis.

If you continue to use one learn how never to put your penis at risk of using too much pressure or leaving the device in place for too long. Damage can be from a mere slight inconvenience of not masturbating or having sex for a few weeks or months - to a life-long major issue.

Essentially, my advice would be to think back about how you have previously have given yourself a stronger erection - so from teenage years onwards most young men will do things like flex or shake the penis to revive or strengthen the erection.

So, if you persist in using the device my suggestion would be to use it a different part of the day - say morning, then the ck ring in the evening.

Experiment with flexing or gently shaking your penis - or alternatively, try using some liquid coconut oil and give your penis a massage. Try this after having a warm shower - experiment with doing different things to discover what works for you - then when you want a satisfying erection put all the different ways together to make the experience you want as pleasurable as possible.

Do not expect overnight results - you need to think about building on what works for you over an extended period of months or even several years …..
