Hi James. You don't say where the 'dark spot' is.. on your cock, I assume. Is on the meatus, around the edge of the glans?  Hard to say what it might be without more info.   I wouldn have thought that the spot nd the inability to attain an erection

Well I felt a sudden sharp pain . Next day a small spot was on the right side of my shaft. It appears to be over a vein . I can achieve an erection but it's not as strong as it was before this happened. I am not in any pain though. Is this going to heal?

Perhaps you were too vigourous when masturbating.  I imagine that the dark spot is vascular i.e. that you may have burst  a small bood vessel when w ......  - bit like  a blood blister.  I can't think that it would efffect your ability to achieve a strong hard on.  That could be psychological worrying over the spot.  I'm sure it will go in a few days, but, if in doubt speak to your GP. Let's know how you get on.

Yes, given time.  If it doesn't - see your GP.  Is it painful? Can you stll wank OK?

No I'm not in any pain . Does  this spot mean the vessel won't heal ? Or will it heal its self ?

What I'm asking is will a burst vessel heal its self ?

I'm sure it will - given time.  Don't know why your erection is not as hard but that could be phsycological. Lay off the wanking for a bit but if it doesn't improve (although I;m sure it will) see your GP.
