Errection Problems

hi I have been taking Tamsulosin and Finasteride on a daily basis for over 12 months due to enlarged Prostate this has as advised by GP affected my errection and ejaculation ( being silent )

I understand that viagra cannot be taken with these two drugs has anyone any advice on an alternative medication to help ?

    I started to take tamulosin to reduce the pressure of my prostate on my bladder.  But it increasingly caused erection problems or delayed ejaculation, so I have stopped it some months ago.  To help with ED, I use cialis 20mg or levitra 20mg.  Viagra does nothing for me.  To cope with the prostate problem, I had 2 months ago a PAE procedure (I did not want any of the surgical interventions discussed on this board) to restrict blood to the prostate and cause it to shrink.  It appears to be working as peeing is now much less frequent

    It seems to me that it might be time to look at a solution other than drugs. Depending on your physiology, Rezum, Urolift, PAE and FLA can be done without being put under and rarely if every have sexual side effects.
