Yes I've had the same. They've been updating the site so I'm guessing it's been maintenance work.

Hey @brian49010 - Sorry about the outage issues. There was a problem with one of our servers. This has been fixed and we will keep an eye on it so it doesnt happen again.

    i have another question

when this error happened - now when i post or message the spell check and autofill and emojis fo not work . this started after the error . are they related any ideas ?

    thanks

    do not work

Yea spell check doesn't work anymore either does it - I've also reported that all messages are now listed by Title and not who has sent them so I've no idea who's sent what now unless I open each message. Also I've sent messages and unless the person responds I've no idea who the message was sent to as it doesn't say even if I open it.

Its like the site has taken a step backwards instead of improving.

you are right it feels like old days technology! it was alot easier to send messages and post before this happened.

      no auto capital either

you said you reported ? do we have to send them a message or start another discussion ?

I worked in IT for years and this has definitely taken a step backwards, even before when I was at work.

I noticed no auto capital letters too, and if I put the caps on it stays on (on my phone anyway). No auto correct so I miss things too.

Yes I just contacted them via email to report the annoyances on private messaging and regards the problem re when I send a message it doesn't record who its been sent to until they've replied. The answer to this was 'please contact your Surgery regarding this' which confused me as I've not registered on this site through my surgery, in fact I don't even book Doctors appointments online at my surgery so no idea why this would be their problem. Patient updated their site so is their doings, nobody else's.

they are doing something. the site is changing some . the red dot for notifications is now showing when you get one.

Surgery is my local doctors. Not noticed the red dot - I'll check it out.

      Could start a discussion 樂

have you gotten any messages from me? just checking is that still working ?

      Hi

I seem to not be getting messages at the moment, but looking at my list online there's loads. My emails aren't getting through but I think that might be down to my laptop settings not this site. I recently change the name of the folder my emails were in, things went haywire and so I changed it back. Not received anything since. Sigh .....

Now ploughing my way through the messages ...... and have yet to sort my email folder out yet again.

i havent been getting any email notifications from patient for notifications until today. and i havent been getting red dot by message or notification when i get one. so i still think its the site!

I'm still not getting any notifications via email and even when I read them via this site the red dot doesn't disappear, so its getting confusing what I've read or haven't now. Think I'm missing replying to lots of people.

      Hi Brian

Just messaged you too - glad to hear you're being swapped over and that you found the appointment wasn't as nervous as you thought.
