Hi All, I've been waiting for 5weeks now, anyone knows how long do I have to wait...?

I believe decisions can take up to 12 weeks. I phoned on week 13 for an update and was told I didn't need an assessment, that I was placed in the SG and a letter was sent out confirming that. It was almost like exact opposite of my PIP experience.

Hi, every case is different, I had mine in December and decision done in two days, moved from WRAG to Sg, I think it depends on where you live to. Have you had a face to face or is the 5 weeks from when you returned the form.?

Sadly Marco how long is a peice of string as some areas can make it pretty quickly while others can take much longer.

As everyone has said there's no time scale really. It takes as long as it takes, sorry. There's also no gaurantee you'll be placed in a group so please bear that in mind. Getting into one of the groups is very hard. You may want to ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report just incase things to go the way you want.
