Hi all I suffer from anxiety/depression/ocd, I was on ESA February 2nd when I was told l was not entitled to it anymore having failed the ATOS (I think thats what its called) interview, i appealed but to no avail. On thursday i had to sign on (JSA) where i was asked what jobs i had apppied for, i told them straight, "i havent, im not well enough to work" I said this with tears streaming down my face, then the lady said if I didnt have my j8bsearch booklet filled in I would lose my JSA, which in turn means id lose my flat. That for me would mean the end for, im worried sick, literally sick,im desperate for some advice, I did hear that after 3 months without ESA I can make another claim, is this true? many thanks Luke

Unfortinatly I don't know anything about benefits how or what to claim,

But just wanted to let you know someone on here will and will give you the advice you need,

    Hi Luke,

Did you receive an ESA50 form before a face-to-face assessment? A few days ago their were massive changes made to many benefits and how they are assessed, ESA, PIP and DLA are all affected by the change, and some claims that were denied have been reinstated.

    Regards,

    Les.
