ESA tribunal

I have an ESA tribunal to attend and have a variety of mental health issues should I take pictures to show them of the scarring caused by picking my skin during extreme anxiety

    I recently had to fill in esa form ,i went to CAB they did it for me. They said that you need medical evidence ie doctor or any consultants psychiatrists letters appointments and medication taking.
