Escilatopram increased dose side effects- morning anxiety

My Dr increased my dose of escilatopram as my anxiety worsen after 4 weeks on it. The first week on increased dose to 7.5mg was ok but this week (week 2) suddenly i feel much worse! Nightmares, brain zaps, skin feels like on fire and panic attack when waking up. Is that normal? Usually tgey say first week is worse than its better in my case seem to be the opposite??

    I Havent increased dose but 5mg for 3 weeks and the shakiness and anxiety that wakes me at 4 am everyday is horrible. I CANT function.

    IS yours getting better?
