hi all, ive been on escitalopram for 3.5 weeks and definitely noticing changes which im thankful for. i was wondering whether others got the chest tightness and slight hyperventilation feelings with their symptoms. This is the hardest bit for me to deal with . Any advice? Wishing everyone speedy recoveries F
