Escitalopram compared to the usual SSRIs

Hi all - I've take fluoextine, citalopram and sertraline in the past and it's helped to some extent with anxiety, but not for extreme periods of anxiety and severe panic attacks. Is Escitalopram any more effective?

I find this med to be much more effective and I have severe anxiety. I’m on 20 mg. It took a bit but started helping. I feel so relaxed now.
