Escitalopram/ Lexapro

Hi I started 5mg Esc last year, upped to 10mg and been on 20mg since Dec 30 last year. Is it normal to still get Intrusive thoughts after all this time?

    Hi, it's not normal to still have Intrusive thoughts, I would definitely make an appointement with your doctor. Have a good day.

    hi Jo I had to increase to 40mg before to have no intrusive thoughts which only came when I tried to go to sleep . Cheers Maggie
