So I’ve been on escitalopram for about a month and a half now. Recently I’ve noticed extreme weight gain. I went from 185 to 227 within this time. I also have started having bad mood swings. My doctor had me add Wellbutrin today. Has anyone ever tried these two meds together ? I’m slightly dizzy. A little pukey. But I’m taking 8mg of zofran as prescribed by my doctor when I feel sick.

Regarding the weight gain had you lost your appetite before starting the escitalopram as I did so I wasn’t eating properly but now my appetite is back I have to watch my weight so the weight gain might be from that.
