Escitalpram and mitrazapine

Hey all, Ive been really struggling with my mental health, anxiety and depression for a whole year now!

I have been on 20mg of escitalopram for 8 weeks now and literally no improvement what so ever if anything i feel i have got worse, my doctor has added 15mg mitrazpine to take along side them now!

Has anyone else took the same dosage and how did you find it?

I am desperate for help i have tried everything and my fight is going 😦
