Esophagus Pain After Eating, While Eating and After Waking Up, Since Last 10 months

Nine months ago one day I started to feel severe pain in my stomach. I was confused. I went to a gastroenterologist. They did some *blood test, sonography and endoscopy*. I was diagnosed with GERD, and was assured that It wasn't anything major and I will be fine after two months. Two months went by and I didn't get relief. I went to the same doctor. He asked me to go through CT scan. But I was sure I didn't need CT scan. So I changed the doctor. Next doctor tried something which didn't work. And he asked me to go for CT. Even CT scan showed nothing. Now it was already 4 months. I thought I need to be on a strict diet. So I tried that too for 1.5 months with PPIs on. Which also didn't work. Then I changed doctor and he asked me to go through PH Metry & Manometry which showed *Ineffective Esophageal Motility Disorder and GERD*. Medication wasn't making any difference. Another doctor suggested to go for Endoscopy and CT scan again, this time CT scan showed small pneumothorax which I don't think has nothing to do with the esophageal pain I have, even doctor said this. One suggested that It's because of Anxiety you are going through and I needed to go through Anti-Depression 10 mg, which didn't work. One doctor checked my vitamin b12 which was deficient. Even after taking vitamin b12 nothing worked. I am kind of hopeless now and living a painful life.

Pain Explanation: I feel pain right where the esophagus joins with stomach i.e. LES. This is the only pain I have. I feel it in the morning, when eating and after eating. I have been taking PPIs since.
